Appetizer

Homemade veal pâté prepared by a master chef

filled with a venison truffle center. This festive gourmet

treat is served as an appetizer with cranberries

and lamb's lettuce with our own

balsamic dressing.


Soup

A delicately seasoned and velvety smooth

chanterelle cream soup, refined with

elegant butter and spice croutons.


Main course A

Festively roasted beef fillet with a richly

glossy Madeira sauce, prepared in our signature style. 

This holiday combination is served with a sautéed

mushroom medley, pickled cranberries,

and plenty of buttered

mashed potatoes.

Elegant cod fillet, cooked sous-vide

with carefully selected winter spices.

This Atlantic festive spectacle is served

topped with a delicate herb crunch on a mild

Pommery mustard, honey, and Brussels sprout

ragout, accompanied by specially baked

crispy potato sticks.

Christmas barley risotto fritters with

goat cheese and Swiss mountain cheese.

This festive vegetarian combination is served

on sautéed winter vegetables and a

beurre rouge sauce.


Dessert A

Homemade "Christmas Tree" Nougat Mousse

in the shape of a Christmas tree. This house Christmas

specialty is served with plum compote,

freshly baked Baumkuchen (tree cake),

white chocolate cream, and toasted

hazelnut crumble.
