Menu start at 7 p.m

Greetings from the kitchen

Freshly baked bread with two kinds of whipped butter,

a house-made pumpkin butter and

handmade green olive butter.

 


Appetizer

Seared swordfish fillet rests  on a

colorful lentil and vegetable salad. This Atlantic

appetizer creation is served with marinated citrus pearls on pickled

radish with crème fraîche rolls and pear.

 


Soup

Clear, delicately seasoned oxtail broth with homemade

pyramid pasta and crisp root vegetables.

 


Main course

Elegant, delicately seasoned veal in a

herb-crusted tramezzini. Cooked and served

with a spiced jus alongside a savoy cabbage

and carrot roll with parsley cream and

a crispy baked potato ball.

 


Dessert

Homemade raspberry chocolate slice

served with an elegant tonka bean espuma.

Homemade chocolates prepared according to the recipe of our

Pastry chef and head chef René.
